The product is exactly as shown in the picture.

I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service as they send me an acknowledgement as soon as my order was received and advised me when i would receive my order. I received a call from Arino Shoes before they dispatched my order so i could be ready with the payment etc. The packaging was very impressive and the finishing of the product was very good. I has been a week since i have been wearing the slippers and found hem to be very comfortable. So far i am pretty impressed with the product and service and hope the product is long lasting as well.
